You can book your trip with PartyPassport directly through our website or by contacting our team via WhatsApp. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, you’ll receive all event details and tickets via email.
If you haven’t received your ticket within 24 hours of booking, please contact our support team on WhatsApp, and we’ll assist you right away.
No, tickets are non-transferable. Once booked, they are linked to the original traveler and cannot be changed.
If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund for that portion of your booking. If an event is postponed, we will inform you of the new schedule and available options.
